Thank you for shopping with Raffat Publishers. We appreciate your support and strive to provide high-quality books and excellent customer service.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Standard Ebooks
Due to the nature of digital products, all Standard Ebook sales are final.
Standard Ebooks are delivered electronically through BookFunnel. Once your ebook has been delivered or your download link has been issued, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be offered.
Personally Signed Digital Editions
Our Personally Signed Digital Editions are individually prepared and delivered via email by Raffat Publishers.
Because these are personalized digital products created specifically for each customer, all sales are final once preparation has begun.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Exceptions for Digital Products
We are happy to assist if:
- You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.
- Your BookFunnel download link is not working.
- Your digital file is corrupted or incomplete.
- You received the wrong digital product.
- Your Personally Signed Digital Edition was not delivered within the stated timeframe.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@kjraffat.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, resending your order, correcting the issue, or, where appropriate, issuing a refund for duplicate purchases.
Technical support requests do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Paperback Books (Pakistan Only)
We want every paperback to arrive in excellent condition.
If your paperback arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect book
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
After reviewing your request, we may provide:
- A replacement copy
- A refund
- Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
Returns for Paperbacks
Returns are accepted only when:
- An incorrect book was shipped.
- The book arrived damaged or defective.
- The issue cannot reasonably be resolved through a replacement.
If a return is required, return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong title, edition, or format
- Purchasing a Standard Ebook instead of a Personally Signed Digital Edition, or vice versa
- Purchasing a digital product instead of a paperback
- Providing an incorrect email address or shipping address
- Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
- Minor printing variations that are normal in the publishing industry
- Device or software incompatibility
Order Cancellations
Digital Products
Orders for Standard Ebooks cannot be cancelled once a BookFunnel download link has been issued.
Orders for Personally Signed Digital Editions cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Paperback Books
Paperback orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Copyright
All digital and printed books published by Raffat Publishers are protected by copyright.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, uploaded, or resold without prior written permission.
