Thank you for shopping with Raffat Publishers. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Content)

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Standard Ebooks

Standard Ebooks are securely delivered through BookFunnel.

After completing your purchase, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email.
  • An email from BookFunnel containing your secure download link and reading instructions.

Most Standard Ebook orders are delivered within a few minutes of successful payment.

If you do not receive your ebook within 15 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
  • Contact support@kjraffat.com if you still cannot access your purchase.

Personally Signed Digital Edition

Our Personally Signed Digital Edition includes a personalized digital signature from Author KJ Raffat and may include a short personalized message upon request.

Because each copy is individually prepared, Personally Signed Digital Editions are not delivered through BookFunnel.

Instead, they are personally prepared by Raffat Publishers and delivered directly via email to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for preparation and delivery.

If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact support@kjraffat.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Paperback Books (Pakistan Only)

Paperback books are packaged and shipped directly by Raffat Publishers from Pakistan.

At this time, physical paperback orders are available only for delivery within Pakistan.

Customers outside Pakistan are welcome to purchase our Standard Ebooks, Personally Signed Digital Editions, and other digital products, which are available worldwide.

Order Processing

Paperback orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment.

During holidays, book launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using reputable courier services operating within Pakistan.

Tracking information will be provided whenever it is available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most paperback orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@kjraffat.com.

We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped.

If an order must be resent due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Courier disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Deliveries

If your paperback arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the damaged book.
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging.

We will review your request and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement copy or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
